Shipping:

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OF $100+

Flat rate shipping within New Zealand is Via NZ Post of $6 to non-rural addresses and a flat rate of $10 to rural addresses.

We aim to send your order the day we receive payment, by NZ Courierpost and you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 working days. Orders to rural addresses may take up to 4 working days.

We do not currently ship internationally, only to New Zealand addresses.

If for any reason an item you have ordered is out of stock we will endeavour to order the product and get it to you ASAP.  If there is going to be a delay in you receiving your items you will be contacted.

Packaging:

We ship our products in compostable courier bags.

They are made with corn starch, PLA and PBAT.  They use non-toxic inks to provide you with a natural alternative to traditional plastic-based courier bags. Please remove all courier ticket labels and the non-toxic adhesive glue strip prior to composting.

Returns:

Change of mind: Because it is impossible to tell if an item has been used or not, and due to the intimate nature of our products, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns on menstrual pads. We want to give our customers the peace of mind to know that every pad they buy is brand new and unworn. However, see our guarantee below for any possible product faults.

Guarantee:

Each product is made with care, but If you receive a faulty item or a fault develops in an item you have purchased, please contact us. We will repair or give you a replacement or refund upon return of the original product.

Postage costs to return the item will also be refunded once the cause of the fault has been established.
